Lince Yield Fund

Lince Yield Fund is a private equity investment fund that invests, through equity, quasi-equity and debt instruments, in small and medium-sized Portuguese companies with mature and stable businesses and strong financial situation. The fund is registered for a certain period of time and is governed according to the Asset Management Regime, attached to Law No. 27/2023, of 28 April, being regulated by the CMVM.

Investment Strategy

The Fund seeks to invest in companies with mature businesses and strong financial solidity, providing financial and human capital to support the implementation of growth strategies. The Fund prioritizes investment structures that mitigate overall risk levels and return volatility, aiming to ensure regular distributions to its Participants.

Sectors

– Agnostic, investing across a wide range of different sectors

Company Profile

– Solid SMEs that are well-established in the market, with mature and stable businesses;
– Companies with a strong financial situation.

Instruments

– We invest through equity, quasi-equity and/or debt instruments, however prioritizing investment structures that mitigate the general level of risk and the volatility of returns and ensure regular distributions to its Participants;
– Ticket sizes range from €1M to €5M, depending on the company-specific characteristics;
We preferably hold a majority stake in the capital structure, ensuring control of the company.
